Our quality control process begins with the careful inspection of every individual batten. We ensure that each piece of teak meets our standards for strength, consistency, and appearance before it ever becomes part of a finished floor. From there, every component—including the installation of our rubber feet—is checked and secured to guarantee stability, proper drainage, and long-term performance.One of the most important finishing steps is sanding. Every floor is meticulously sanded using both 150 and 320 grit abrasives. This two-stage process allows us to create a surface that is not only visually refined but also smooth to the touch—perfect for bare feet in a shower environment. The result is a clean, polished finish that’s ready for seamless installation into your shower pan.
