Our client was preparing for knee surgery and expressed concern about the 5-inch step-down into her existing shower pan, which made entry and exit difficult and potentially dangerous. She wanted a beautiful, functional solution that would allow her to shower comfortably during recovery, without sacrificing the aesthetics of her master bathroom. We designed and installed a custom-made, raised teak shower floor, crafted to sit flush with her existing bathroom tile, completely eliminating the drop. Built with premium, marine-grade teak, the new floor not only enhances safety but also adds a warm, spa-like touch to her space.
