This custom master bathroom project in Washington, DC showcases the beauty and warmth that handcrafted teak can bring to a contemporary space. Working closely with the designer and architect, we collaborated throughout the process to transform their vision into a fully customized teak shower floor and matching teak tub tray.

The bathroom featured clean lines, concrete finishes, and a minimalist aesthetic. While striking, these materials can often feel cold and sterile. The addition of premium teak introduced a natural warmth and organic texture that softened the space while complementing the modern design.

The custom teak shower floor was meticulously fabricated to fit the unique dimensions of the shower, creating a seamless and functional focal point. To complete the design, we handcrafted a teak tub tray built precisely to specification, providing both visual balance and practical luxury.
